This page offer some helpful tips on how to submit another person’s blog post to social bookmarking sites after you wrote a comment at that page.
Thereafter you will fill in the application and when your status is set as “author” you can then submit your blog as a dofollow resource for other people who want to get dofollow backlinks by adding a blog post about dofollow and how when people comment at your blog you will give them dofollow backlinks.

- Submit the blogpost URL where you made your comment

- Register if you are not already a member
- Submit the blogpost URL where you made your comment
Social Bookmarking at Delicious:
- Goto Delicious
- Register if you are not already a member
- Submit the blogpost URL where you made your comment
When you are done you just need to fill in the application with your
- Name
- Email address
- Blinklist username
- Spurl username
- Spotback username
- Delicious username
