When you have listed your dofollow blog here, you can list any dofollow blog on the internet by writing a short blog post about that blog.
If the owner of the dofollow blog listed his/her blog then they would have received 4 backlinks. Since someone else took the opportunity and reported your blog as dofollow, he/she will only get one nofollow backlink from the post and the person reporting the blog will get dofollow backlinks.
Once you reported your blog/blogs as dofollow, you can go ahead and list other dofollow blogs. Listing their blogs are much easier as you do not have to write as much as you wrote about your own blog.
All you need to do is to add a creative commons Flickr picture and adding the text:
URL-of-the-blog (Bold, Nofollow, Linked to the blog) listed as dofollow by Keyword-of-your-blog (Bolded and linked to your blog)
The URL-of-the-blog have to be a URL where I can see comments that are dofollow and linking out the websites of the commenters.
